1995 - Retech Systems LLC. - Much of the plant and office complex was built by Crane of Ukiah over the years. Most recently the 100' wide by 500' long large assembly building you see on the left of the frame. The building was done in two phases:

- The first was the 100' wide by 200' long 40' eave height assembly building. The building includes two 20 ton bridge cranes.

-The second phase was the construction of the 100' wide by 300' long 60' eave height extension. The addition boasts four 20 ton bridge cranes near the roofline and four more that continue the tracks from phase one construction. This allows two of the cranes to service the full 500' long building. In addition to the four crane ways there is a 35' wide by 100' long by 20' deep concrete walled pit, near the center of the phase two building, to meet assembly and operational requirements for the plant's chief product, plasma vitrification furnaces. These furnaces are used to breakdown unstable hazardous materials into benign and stable blocks of what is essentially glass.

1995 - Retech Systems LLC. - Assembly building - The furnaces are assembled and tested at the plant, then are disassembled and shipped off to customers all over the world. Phase two was completed with minimal impact to plant operations in the phase one section during construction.
